Hattaways Business and Hospitality Consultancy was conceived by Grant and Karen Hattaway after they had been asked to help and assist numerous local projects in the hospitality industry.

They bring a wealth of passion and skill to their company through the ownership of four successful restaurant/bars and food outlets and have become presenters and educators in the industry.

Grant's passion for numbers and formulas has led him to a full understanding of what is needed financially in an extremely cutthroat industry with particular attention to their clients' needs in structuring sound financial systems and reporting to gain advantage in the marketplace.

Karen hails from a fashion and education background and has been involved with the industry for the last 10 years. She specialises in training systems, procedures, team building and food and beverage, which has enabled her to become driven in service excellence and systems for the client.

Together the Hattaways are committed to obtaining nothing less than total success, excellence and pride for their clients.
